Standard Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. Once processed, it will take up to 5 business days for you to receive your package.
All orders will receive a tracking number for a flat rate of $2.75.
Thrifty Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Info@thriftylashes.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Thriftylashes.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Thriftylashes.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Order Cancellation & Changes
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled.
